So! I've seen that people around here have sported some pretty crazy appearance mods for the oblivion engine from time to time. Maybe it's just the remarkably human-oid fellow you wake up next to, but New Vegas seems to be presenting you with the ugliest mug to date. I've played Morrowind, Oblivion and Oblivion-with-guns without feeling the need to get one of those 'better faces' mods. Yesterday I loaded up F:NV, thrilled at the opening cutscene, entered my name, saw my face and instantly quit the game in disgust.
The day before yesterday, I familiarized myself with the latest flavor of SPECIAL and powergamed the hell out of it, practically drooling with anticipation.
